Later style V6 3rd member housings have a hole on the top for the anti-lock brake speed sensor. If your installing this 3rd member into an older truck with out anti-lock brakes you will need to plug the hole. These freeze plugs do the trick and are easy to install with a small socket and hammer.

Specifications:

• Used to plug up the anti-lock speed sensor on a 8"ABS style 3rd member housings
