Purpose-built the FFS waytrue, strong, and centered. This same-pattern billet adapter corrects stance/offset and adds brake & suspension clearance while keeping proper hub and wheel piloting. Machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum with high-grade steel studs.

Exact-match requirements: 86.5 (8165.1 mm) wheel bolt pattern and M141.5 studs. The adapters 126.0 mm bore intentionally fits over smaller OEM hub bores (GM ~116.7 mm; Ram ~121.3 mm).

Exclusions: Ford Super Duty (8170), GM HD 2011+ (8180), and older Dodge/Ram with 9/16 studs are not compatible with this SKU. Always verify your trucks bolt pattern and stud thread before ordering.

Install Notes & How-To

1. Verify specs: Your truck must be 86.5 (8165.1) with M141.5 studs. This adapters 126.0 mm bore is larger than the OEM hub and will slide over (GM ~116.7 mm; Ram ~121.3 mm).
2. Prep: Safely lift; remove wheels. Clean hub face & center bore. Remove rust, burrs, or debris.
3. Test fit: Place adapter on hub and confirm full, flush seating (no gaps). Stop if any interference occurs.
4. Mount adapter: Install nuts on factory studs; tighten in a star pattern to your factory torque spec.
5. Mount wheel: Install wheel on adapter studs; torque lug nuts evenly to spec.
6. Clearance check: Spin by hand; verify no contact with calipers/knuckles and adequate fender/liner clearance through steering range.
7. Re-torque: After 50100 miles, re-torque adapter and wheel nuts; check periodically.

Safety: Ensure thread engagement stud diameter; never stack spacers; do not exceed OEM torque specs. Professional installation recommended.
