Hub- and wheel-centric billet adapter for GM HD trucks using the 8180 mm bolt pattern, M141.5 studs, and a 125.6 mm center bore. Same-pattern design (8180 8180) maintains OEM geometry while adding clearance or stance. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum billet.
