POWER HUB
Take a deeper look at the GEN 3 Power Hub.
Adding electrical accessories to your Tacoma has never been easier. Devices connected to the bus bars operate from the auxiliary battery and will not drain your cranking battery.
Plug in the optional G Screen Monitoring System using a single cable for real-time visibility into your dual battery system.
The system uses a smart battery combiner to automatically manage when the batteries connect and disconnect.
Accessories wired to the bus bars continue to run from the auxiliary battery without draining the cranking battery.
Matching Group 34 batteries are required. Note that Group 34R batteries have reversed post orientation and are not compatible. The factory battery is not compatible with this system.
All cables are built using 2ga high-strand-count pure copper welding cable for maximum performance:
The copper lugs are tin-plated for corrosion resistance and sealed with heavy-duty adhesive-lined heat shrink.
Most installations can be completed in 23 hours using basic hand tools and our step-by-step installation video. Professional installers typically bill two hours of labor on a stock vehicle. Additional time may be required if existing aftermarket wiring must be rerouted or cleaned up.
