Due to the large 10an size the 1/4" pipe thread fitting is allowed to be larger inside diameter for increased flow. Be careful tightening these down, no great amount of torque needed to seal. We haven't broken one of these but it's entirely possible due to the large nut diameter. Sold as a pair of 2
